Description

A prostrate herb, forming circular clumps.

Grows at high altitudes on calcareous soil in arid, rocky places.

Flowers

Flowers are creamy-white, in whorls. Stems are slender, whitish-hairy.

Leaves

Lanceolate leaf is lance-shaped: long and widest in the middle. Long, pointed with rolled edges, green above, white woolly underneath.

Fruits Seeds

Nut: 4 small nuts at the base of the flower.
