Biennial or short-lived perennial. Stems are erect, branched above.

Flowers

Flower heads have white ray florets and yellow disk florets, borne in lax, flat-topped clusters.

Leaves

Pinnate row of leaflets on either side of the stem, Bipinnate leaflets on either side of the stem, each leaflet is further subdivided. Rows of stalked leaflets on either side of the stem, each leaflet can be further subdivided, yellowish green.

Fruits Seeds

Achene: a cluster of 1-seeded fruit, not hairy.
