A soft hairy plant, glandular sticky above.

Flowers

Flowers, deeply lobed, usually all pointing in the same direction. The calyx is fused, narrow with 10 green or purple veins.

Leaves

Elliptic oval leaf, Lanceolate leaf is lance-shaped: long and widest in the middle, Linear narrow blade leaf, like grass. Basal: stalked, oval to long, wider in the middle, pointed.
Stem leaves: stalkless, linear to long, wider in the middle, pointed.

Fruits Seeds

Capsule: yellowish, 7-10 mm long.
