Description

Damp meadows.

A tuberous perennial.

Flowers

Flower spike carries 6-10 flowers, the greyish hood pointing steeply upwards. The sepals and petals vary in colour from pale greyish pink to purplish with darker coloured veins. The pinkish-red labellum is narrowly triangular in shape and pointing downwards.

Leaves

Lanceolate leaf is lance-shaped: long and widest in the middle, Linear narrow blade leaf, like grass. Two basal leaves, linear to lanceolate, and 6-8 stem leaves, green.
