Description

A trailing plant commonly found in rock and wall crevices. Initially the flowers turn towards light, after fertilisation they turn away from the light, resulting in the seeds dropping into the rock crevices.

Flowers

Flowers, lilac to violet, are quite small and resemble snapdragons.

Leaves

Reniform kidney-shaped leaf, Cordate heart-shaped. Round, kidney-shaped or heart-shaped with 5-7 lobes, alternate on the stems, fleshy.
