Description
The whole plant is smooth, greyish-green in colour. Grows in open forest, sometimes in semi-arid meadows on calcareous soils.

The umbels have between 9-30 rays.

Bipinnate leaflets on either side of the stem, each leaflet is further subdivided
. Leaflets on either side of the stem, each leaflet further divided and serrated. The leaf at the tip is 3 lobed, with the middle lobe being the largest.
Fruits Seeds
Schizocarp: a dry fruit, oval, striped, smooth with narrow outer edge that splits into single seeded parts when ripe.
