Description
The dry grassland of the Plaine des Maures in late spring is covered in St. Bernard’s Lily.
The name ‘liliago’ means lily-like, although it does not belong to the Liliaceae family.

The flowers are star-shaped on slender stalks.
Leaves
Linear narrow blade leaf, like grass. Linear, tufted at the base. The individual leaves are long and narrow, 12-40 cm.
Fruits Seeds
Capsule: 8-10 mm.
